Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which services may be cancelled and fees refunded by Primewise Consulting.

1. Cancellation by Client

• Clients may cancel an ongoing or upcoming engagement by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice via email to the official contact provided on our website.
• In case of short-term projects (30 days or less), cancellation is not eligible for refund once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be considered for pre-paid services that have not yet commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been initiated, delivered, or consumed in part or full.
• If any resource or specialist has been specifically engaged for the project, the cost of onboarding or non-recoverable expenses will be deducted from the refund.

3. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 25 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Strategy Reports, Product Blueprints, Custom Software Solutions, and any other Intellectual Deliverables once shared are non-refundable.
• Workshops, training sessions, or meetings once conducted (physically or virtually) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Force Majeure

• Primewise Consulting shall not be liable for cancellation or non-delivery due to reasons beyond its control including but not limited to natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute regarding cancellation or refunds, the matter shall be resolved through mutual discussion and, if needed, legally governed under the jurisdiction of Yamunanagar, Haryana.
