Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Primewise Consulting (“Consultant”) provides services to its clients (“Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Services Offered
Primewise Consulting offers the following professional services:
- Product Consulting
- Strategy Consulting
- Marketing Solutions
- Technology Solutions
- HR Management
- Sales Optimizations
- Growth Hacking
These services are delivered under a customized engagement plan developed in consultation with the Client.
2. Engagement Model
All engagements will be defined by a mutual agreement or Statement of Work (SOW), including deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon terms in the engagement contract or SOW.
- Delayed payments beyond 15 days from the due date will incur a 2% late fee per month.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement.
- This clause shall survive the termination of the engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
- Any intellectual property developed solely by Primewise during the engagement will remain the property of Primewise unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Custom-developed assets for the Client will be transferred upon full payment.
6. Termination Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Primewise Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the consulting services.
- The maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the relevant engagement.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
- In case of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be Yamunanagar, Haryana, India.
